I suspect this might have been caused by the recent (
November) Win-10 Update – if that is what you are running.
Microsoft Win-10 Updates are notorious for ruining non Microsoft
drivers. I have to regularly re-install my Tripplite PC battery
backup, USB/Ethernet driver.
