I have a AP1600GTO which has a 10" diameter mounting interface.

I have an 8" diameter ATS portable pier and would like to use the AP1600 on it. (Due to a move I have temporarily dismantled my observatory)

Does anyone know of a 10" base to 8" pier solution? I don't see one on the AP site. 

I don't believe there is any risk of unbalancing the mount. The telescopes put on it will not be large and the portable pier is very robust.
