Nope, but I think we should get backlash minimized with other methods, before we start doing compensation in software. That's why I have been trying to figure out what actually causes that backlash instead of quickly fixing it with software solution.

It seems there is something wrong there in this mount's DEC Gearbox now that George from AP support posted in this message thread too. He is saying I should send that gearbox back to AP in USA.
