I did get a reply from Eltima as follows:
"Steve, Our driver appear to be used as an integral part of a third-party software. We are not aware of its implementation peculiarities nor have its source code, and so unfortunately can't offer any help here. Please report this issue directly to the program's developer. --- Best regards, Alexander BRITT Eltima Customer Support | http://www.eltima.com " I will check TheSkyX polling rate but all I see is for crosshair updates and nothing under preferences: Steve From: ap-gto@... Subject: RE: [ap-gto] vserial7.sys BSOD Hi Steve, I'll contact Eltima but for the record I don't use registry cleaners ofany brand. I do use CCleaner for removal of temp file s and so on but not their registrytools. OK, but you might have been heading that way if you had used some of those tools on that Solvuso site. In general, even Microsoft does not care for the registry cleaner portion of CCleaner, which has been widely regarded as acceptable to use: http://news.thewindowsclub.com/microsofts-gov-maharaj-denounced-ccleaner-dis agree-80369/ -Ray Gralak Author of APCC (Astro-Physics Command Center): http://www.astro-physics.com/index.htm?products/accessories/software/apcc/ap cc Author of PEMPro: http://www.ccdware.com Author of Astro-Physics V2 ASCOM Driver: http://www.gralak.com/apdriver Author of PulseGuide: http://www.pulseguide.com Author of Sigma: http://www.gralak.com/sigma -----Original Message-----[mailto:ap-gto@...] Sent: Wednesday, June 22, 2016 5:56 AMany brand.
