OK, but you might have been heading that way if you had used some of those
tools on that Solvuso site. In general, even Microsoft does not care for the
registry cleaner portion of CCleaner, which has been widely regarded as
acceptable to use:

It's a third party DLL that gets installed by APCC (like a C++ DLL from
Microsoft, or the .NetFramework).

I don't have the source code for it nor am I setup for system level
debugging on my computer so I can't help you with debugging a low
system-level Windows BSOD. Probably the only support you can get for a

BSOD

is from Eltima, whose engineers will likely want you to give them the
windows dump file. The BSOD could be caused by many things, including

having

used 3rd-party registry and system cleaners in the past, or some other DLL
that is interfering. I believe that only Eltima engineers would be able to
identify the driver's crash point with what line of code in their driver
caused it.

Seems lately if I connect TheSkyX to my mount using a virtual serial

port

in APCC I

end up with a Blue Screen Of Death with a message that vserial7.sy s

was

the cause

and a long string of numbers and letters. Using Everything to search

my

system and

APCC shows up as the only program using this file. It's happened a

number

of times

and I can't swear it hasn't when TheSkyX wasn't connected. The last

two

times

TheSkyX was definitely connected. This doesn't seem to be an

immediate

issue after

connecting but rather sometime afterward. I can't say the telescope

was

doing

anything at the time of failure as it is likely running s ome

imaging

tasks

through ACP.

I can go out and restart the computer and reconnect everything

without

issue. Not

sure where to go from here. Suggestions welcomed.
