Dust in Apus

Geoff Smith

This pic was taken at the Astronomical Society of NSW star party in Australia.  It shows a dusty nebula (Sarah's Nebula) in Apus near ic4633. It's pretty faint and I really had to be very aggressive in the processing, so background is quite warty. It obviously cries out for more exposure, which will happen in due course.
