Stupid question time.

I have PemPro 2.7 Build 132.
I have a 900GTO mount.
I have an SBIG STF-8300M camera.
I just upgraded the mount from a Q-chip to a T-chip.
Before I upgraded I used PEMPro to download the old PEC curve from the
mount.
After upgrading I ran several hours of PE data acquisition using PEMPro &
the 8300.
Wind and seeing have not been great this past several weeks.
Even after averaging ten worm cycles, the new data is still jittery.
However I can sort of see the old curve in the new data.

Question:

Is there a way to take the old and new curves, sync them and then push the
re-synced old curve back into the mount, which won't have my current wind
and seeing issues folded-in?

I am trying to save some time building a new curve.
