i have a new ap900 mount and still learning how to use it. i do polar alignment using the losmandy polar alignment scope that i bought with the mount. after i do polar alignment using the HC and look again through the polar scope - polaris is far off (not close to where it is suppose to be) - did a 5 min drift and there was no movement in the star. so is the losmandy just to get a very rough alignment.
