In using TheSky terminal mode, you will find some difficulties to deal with it because many protocol commands you may send will never send you back the response. Just try the ":V#" without quotes. By this command, you suppose to get the servo controller version but you will receive a "No Response". This is the major problem with TheSky terminal mode. All protocol commands to interogate the mount, i.e. getting latitude, longitude, time, etc. will always display a "No Response" until Software Bisque will decide to implement a real good terminal interface.

No. You have to send the whole message which consists of the object RA
and
Dec co-ordinates followed by the recal message.
